Support Our Work

Juma has proven its success in helping at-risk youth, but we need your support to sustain and grow our programs. While our social enterprise businesses provide about half the funds we need to operate our program, we raise the other half from generous organizations and individuals like you who see the value in our work and want to be a part of it.

There are many ways to support our work: As an individual, you can make a donation, attend or sponsor our annual fundraising event, join our mailing list for annual updates, or volunteer your time as a board member or advisor.

Private foundations, corporations, and other organizations can get involved as investors in our work, sponsors of career tours for Juma’s youth, providers of entry-level career opportunities for our youth upon graduation, donors of pro bono services, volunteers for special events, and in a variety of other ways. How can you support Juma?

We need your support to sustain and grow our programs. While our social enterprise businesses provide about half the funds we need to operate our program, we raise the other half from generous organizations and individuals like you who see the value in our work and want to be a part of it. For example:

•	$50 will pay for a yummy dinner for the youth in our program during an after-school workshop
•	$100 funds the full cost of one youth’s participation in our college tours program
•	$250 covers the cost of our pre-employment orientation/training program for one youth
•	$500 provides the matching incentive for youth’s savings accounts upon high school graduation
•	$1,000 pays the full cost of an annual youth recreational trip (camping, snowboarding, etc.)
•	$5,000 covers the full cost of a youth’s participation in all program services for one year
