As a human services organization, Juma Ventures appreciates that our work and successes are a function of the community of people that have supported our work with youth over the past decade.

Our work is a great partnership between the promising youth that we serve, the team of staff that embodies our mission on a daily basis, the community partners that provide the financial and other resources that support our work, and the board of directors and other advisors that volunteer their time as ambassadors of our organization.
