Juma's work is a dynamic and positive partnership between the promising youth that we serve, the team of staff that embodies our mission on a daily basis, the community partners that provide the financial and other resources that support our work, and the board of directors and other advisors that volunteer their time to lead and guide the organization. All of these people, past and present, are essential players on the Juma Team. Together, they work toward the singular goal of breaking the cycle of poverty by ensuring that young people complete a four-year college education.
